SOLVED - Stuck at "You were reconnected to your last game. Resuming..."

Hi,

I am unable to play the game on the EU server because for the last 24 hours when I try to start a game I get the message “You were reconnected to your last game. Resuming…”.

The issue started after the game froze while loading the second trial of the Ahes of Outland expansion.

I already tried a few solutions I found on the forums like deleting all temp files, changing region and conceding a game and running a scan and repair from the desktop app.

I kindly ask your assistance to solve the issue.

UPDATE: I just received a “Unable to reconnect” message and now I am able to play

Same problem here: infinite “Resuming…”.
Hope it would be fixed soon.

Nothing new honestly…I just left the game open to check if something changed, but it is something I already tried before without positive results…

I found something about the issue solving on its own after a few hours…In my case it took 24+

I have the same problem. 30 hours have passed and it’s still trying to reconnect.

Same thing happened to me on iPad. I did everything what GM told me and could be helpful:
-restart password
-change region (on US, Asia game’s working properly)
-reinstall game
-launch game on other device (phone, PC)

24h have passed, nothing changed.

It seems like those of us bored while waiting for the fresh batch of dailies and weeklies had the same problem too LOL. Was supposed to send this to the devs but was redirected here :

So I logged in and it keep saying the game is reconnecting. The thing is, it’s been this way since yesterday. Playing on Americas server. This happened when I tried to play heroic mode challenges on Ashes of Outland solo adventure with the second boss who is Gruul the Dragonkiller. I hope you can help me fix this issue since I wanted to play my weeklies and dailies today thanks! ^^

-I hope there’s a compensation for this like gold etc just like how Mihoyo compensates for the bugs and delays in Genshin Impact just saying XD

Okay it’s been 30 hours and hearthstone still won’t work. For something I put so much money into, I expect it to work

Exactly the same problem. Are you on Mac or Windows?
Got this error from the console on Mac.

Same issue … Started during the latest event…
Will I miss the legendary because of this??

yeah for me the same happened. The second mercenary fight did not load, then disconnect and now I am stuck at this…lovely…really great for a timed event

the same happened to me, got to the second mercenary fight in the new mutant murlocs bounty and the game failed to load, i closed and reopened…“You were reconnected to your last game. Resuming…” two hours have passed and nothing has happened, tried repairing…nothing…reinstalling…nothing. Not really sure what to do
