Solo Adventure stuck on opponent's turn

Hello,

 Pretty far into the violet hold of Dalaran Heist heroic, the computer finished playing cards on their turn but then just stopped. My Hearthstone is stuck at that point now, as soon as I boot the game on mobile or PC it says reconnecting to your game and is just sitting there waiting for Milificent Manastorm to end her turn.

The game isn't FROZEN, per se - I can move my cursor, highlight cards, click everything. It's just the computer's turn indefinitely, it seems.

Please tell me there’s some cache I can clear or temporary files I can delete to fix this please. If I have to concede this game to ever play Hearthstone again, it will just cause me to uninstall Battle.net altogether.

Same issue, had this on Maleficent Manastorm, also on Jepetto Joybuzz.

Hi there! I have the same sh… Why hasn’t the bag been fixed yet? Why should I give up and stop the game?? and this is the second time! Impossible to complete the level due to reasons beyond my control!!
