Your programmers and or server is just junk. Launch BG and spins forever never connecting. Close game, restart… trying to load BG game that is now useless to play, but hangs there forver. Close game. Restart a new BG… spins forever not connecting to match. Your game is junk! Why would any spend a penny on a game you can’t even provide a stable environment for?
