It’s so irritating that the game is so UNSTABLE that if you dare move your mouse to your second monitor… Hearthstone freaks out and stops responding and locks up.
You guys are not an INDIE company, you have the abbility to fix this.
So annoying.

Well, you provided no system information aside that you have a mouse and two monitors. Your title was utterly devoid of any information regarding your issue(s). As I am able to play with zero issues on an older Win 10 x64 machine, I doubt that it is endemic of the title and is much more likely to be an issue with your system. Are you only seeing issues with HS? Is HS the only game you play? If not do you have issues when playing in a borderless fullscreen type of display setup?
You need to help people out when you report an issue. All you have done is make someone who was willing to help have to ask you questions to get information that already should have been provided, which means I can’t promise to be online to try to help you by the time you respond.
Vitriolic posts don’t accomplish anything, if you come to a bug report forum, you are saying what is wrong in as exacting of detail as possible so your issue can get resolved, or the issue with the product can be resolved.
I helped design a forum support model for a company, one of the biggest issues with it was re-escalations because the original ticket/post provided no information that could be used to help the cx for the user experiencing the issues.
