I’ve ran into a bug where if you don’t change your Sky Pirate Flagbearers position on the board it won’t trigger it’s start of combat effect. Seems to happen every 2-3 turns, and it can’t be put back in a previous position.
Board was: Marin - Scallywag (golden), Scallywag, Defiant Shipwright (golden), Admiral EG (Golden), Admiral EG, Ripsnarl, Sky Pirate Flagbearer (Golden).
Trinkets were: Fantastic Treasure, Booty Bay Brew, Precious Pearl.

It looks that other Start of Combat effects can and will sometimes interrupt that behavior (I had Ship in a Bottle which summons a pirate which attacks immediately).
Encountered this issue multiple times over the last few patches, only in Duos.
