one, prime legendaries are much stronger than random legendaries, and two it’s been what, 4, 5 years since Envoy came out? Power creep happens.

Rutwix was released 4 years ago on a different meta with a lower power level, even then it wasnt much used, with the progress of power creep aviana needs to be much faster and have way more power to keep up with the game.

No… They include the base version of the primes but the primes themselves are uncollectible.
