Skull doesn't lose durability

Tonight I played a game against Renathal Warlock with heavy demon presence. Skull of the Man’ari was played early and didn’t lose durability. In the feed it was credited to the skull and the Warlock summoned demons busily every start of the turn. It kept going and tired me out. He summoned mid tier to top tier demons like Despicable Dreadlord, Siegebreaker,
Wretched Queen and Mal’Ganis among others. Unfortunately, I played on mobile and switched the tab right after the match, then realized I could have reported the player, but switching back to HS means reload and the latest encounter is lost. Could be a bug

It doesn’t say it loses durability when it summons a demon.

Why did you expect that?

If the weapon doesn’t read that it will lose durability, then there’s no reason for it to lose durability when its effect triggers.
If you’re wondering then why it has 3 durability instead of one, the explanation may be that the first “tools” where introduced at a time when Bloodsail Corsair was available. They didn’t want it to be a 1 mana ooze so they gave the weapons 3 durability
