Skin Event Bug. Im so glad xddd

Dear Hearthstone Support Team,

I’m writing to report an issue I’ve encountered during the recent event, which has unfortunately prevented me from obtaining the Hunter skin that was being offered as a reward.

I spent many hours playing Hearthstone specifically to complete the event and earn the skin. However, it appears that the last few matches I played did not properly count towards my event progress. As a result, I fell just short—by approximately 15 points—of the required total. Despite my efforts and the time I invested, the points were not added correctly, and I was ultimately unable to claim the reward.

I’ve been a long-time player of Hearthstone and have also invested a considerable amount of money into the game over the years. For that reason, I kindly ask for your understanding and support. I would greatly appreciate it if you could grant me the Hunter skin, as I genuinely completed the required effort to earn it, and this outcome seems to be due to a technical issue rather than a lack of participation on my part.

If there were any alternative way to obtain the skin—even through a direct purchase—I would not hesitate to do so. However, since no such option exists, I hope you might consider making an exception in this case.
