A bug happens against Haro Setting Sun Where he Physic Screams a Ethereal Archivist into the deck and the card bugs out when drawn from it just turns blank and disappears only way to fix it to exit and relog happen to me twice in the same run.
The Psychic Scream issue has been reported multiple times and Blizzard is aware:
