And blizzard decides who wins before the match starts, we should all surrender early when it’s clearly a loss so your opponent doesn’t get to have 10 mins of fun trampling you with the “perfect card draw” you know what I’m talking about. Boycott blizz and surrender early !

I think this is actually what is happening. The matchups are so polarized that when the game starts the win rates are so stacked the players know who is going to win, and people are conceding at or before turn 1.
Probably the reason why you see blizzard bots - they don’t want excessive wait times or huge MMR drops pitting full collection players against new players.

Given that the game has turned into gamblestone I’m guessing that it’s not much different than someone who has a gambling issue complaining about losing at the slot machine.
