No, thank you. He is a colossal and is at 10 mana. He is meant to be powerful. If he’s a problem in wild maybe ban him but he should remain in standard IMO.
hmm im guessing you lost to someone using facless to copy your neptulon…
It’s a problem in Wild. I don’t think there’s a good way to cheat it out in standard. In Wild, Cancer Priest can get it out as early as turn 2, then duplicate it turn 3 for 32 face damage. If that fails, they just rez it or multiple copies of it each turn.
This is a polarizing card in the current wild format, and interestingly, sees not too much play currently in standard.
This type of thing tends to happen when new sets come out. Someone will find an interaction in wild that’s very strong, usually too strong, and abuse it.
These type of interactions create low to no agency for players and also create non games.
This is the reason I am all for a rotating ban on certain cards in the wild format. Not permanent, just rotating. Gives folks a break from some of the really obnoxious stuff.
You don’t fix ress priest by nerfing every good minion that can be cheated; just like you don’t nerf every high cost card to an even higher cost just because druid uses it easily thanks to 20 mana.
You think neptulon is the problem, but I think the real problem is probably neptulon on turn 4-6
Why not just remove rush from the body and give it to the hands instead
because the body needs the rush…what kind of question is that ?
I hate all the Colossals. They are why I chose to quit Standard.
The card is a problem, but you have a point. Rez priest cheats way too much mana in the first place.
Are all of them broken in wild?
You have more tools to deal with them in Wild, but they simply give too much for one card.
Same as I feel about Denath and Theo.
And yeah, Neptulon is sickening.
I don’t understand why big rogue and shaman needed to be nerfed immediately but big priest winning the game on turn 3 is totally fine
Nerfing the most iconic DR rogue card was a filthy move.
Lightning bloom should have been nerfed when it was still in standard, so this was just an inevitable nerf that would have happened anyways sooner or later.
It’s just too strong in Wild. We all know Wild is literally just broken Hearthstone, but Nep is just completely toxic. Turn 2 drop and duplicate the very next turn and perma rez for the rest of the game? Nah son…
Those were both far more consistant. Bliz could see that on there end and have the numbers.
Play Bp a good 50 games ull see how often that really happens.
you clearly didnt read the name of the thread smooth brain
so you want neptulon nerfs after stating earlier only bad people lose to big priest hahahahaahah
Yeah, in Standard he’s fine. In wild, the fact that he’s ten mana is meaningless since he can be cheated out.
This is problem with powerful deathrattles and colossals in general in wild.
