Found this out after accidentally disenchanting and CS telling me they can’t do anything except link me to this forum.
A GM claims they “checked” accounts when they fixed the bug and refunded the card to people who disenchanted them, but that cannot be true because I don’t have it. They also claimed to have checked my account and said that I never got it, which is impossible because I literally have ALL the paid rewards from the TITANS track, so whatever they checked was inaccurate.
After responding and telling them what they suggested was a logical impossibility, I was given the same disrespectful “submit a bug report” nonsense.
The disenchanting bug is fixed, yet support was unable to refund the actual card to me. There is no way to re-obtain this card, so please subtract my dust, and give me the card which I shouldn’t have been able to disenchant.

Did this happen recently or back when the card could be disenchanted because of the bug?
Because I just checked my collection and it shows me that I can’t disenchant the card.
I disenchanted it I guess while it was bugged, but support told me to post here and that they couldn’t grant it to me.
Disenchanting is a specific multi-step process:
- Locate the card in your collection
- Right-click on it
- Select “disenchant”
- Dismiss the undo option
How does one do all those steps by “accident”?
I was disenchanting all of my signatures in a row, not realizing that a never again obtainable one was in there that should NOT have been able to be disenchanted. I thought I’d be safe because blizzard does not allow you to disenchant reward track sigs.
Obviously if I had known Blizzard had messed up this bad, I would have been more careful, but assumed they had me covered because you’ve never been able to disenchant reward track cards.
