When you buff C’thun you get an image of him with his new stats. With a golden C’thun he appears well golden in this form.
Its quite disappointing to have the very cool signature cthun and not see that image every time you play a buff card. Would appreciate it if the hearthstone team could take 10 minutes out of their day to fix that.
I’ve seen 1 other post complaining about this and saw it had backlash let me make myself clear. Yes I spend money on a card game, yes I find it fun and I knew this was a problem. I just feel that it is fair to want this to be changed as it is purely cosmetic and to be playing C’thun in 2024 you deserve to at least look cool doing it.
I like to think we aren’t actually playing the old got C’thun himself but rather we stumbled upon an ancient artifact containing his power. That’s at least what the art feels like and id like to see the art more in the game.
