Signature Card Duplicates - TGDB store bundle

I purchased the $79 signature card bundle (the great dark beyond expansion) in Hearthstone and it gave me duplicates of signature cards I already owned. I checked my collection and there are still signature legendary cards missing that I don’t own at all. I thought these bundles were not supposed to give duplicate legendaries until all were owned.
Any help from Hearthstone Team is appreciated.

Note: i also didn’t own the regular legendary cards for the missing signatures either.

If you look at the cards in the collection, a couple of the signatures can only be acquired by purchasing them directly in the shop. The random signature legendaries you get from bundles, will only be the signature legendaries from packs.
