hi, i’ve played the sightless, choosen the card (raging felscreamer) but the top deck was kayne.
in the replay is possible to see that kayne wasn’t a pick of the “discover”.

The turn after you played Sightless Watcher, he played Clockwork Goblin, which shuffles a bomb in your deck. The bomb isn’t placed randomnly in your deck, but your deck is shuffled with a bomb in it, rearranging the order of your deck.

Came here with this same problem. They need to re-word how bombs work, then. Because Wrenchcalibur says, “Shuffle a bomb into your opponents deck”. Which means to me I should either get the bomb top deck next turn and then the card I put on top, or I should just get the card I picked from Sightless Watcher and the bomb is in my deck somewhere. It doesn’t say put a bomb in your opponents deck and then shuffle it.
Whatever, though. At least we know how it works, now.

It exactly says that;
“After your hero attacks, >>>shuffle<<< a Bomb into your opponent’s deck”
Blizzard uses the term Shuffle to mean that the order of your deck is rearranged, otherwise they would have used “Put a Bomb into your opponent’s deck.”

It works like that, but putting that in card text would have been better.
Put a bomb in your opponent’s deck and shuffle it.
The word “shuffling” means shuffling. If they had said “put in the deck”, then the deck would not be shuffled. That being said, in the last AMA in Reddit, someone asked for an animation to illustrate that the deck is actually shuffled, and they said they are working on it (sorry, tried to dig up the the actual post, but Google and Reddit are being annoying, try this cached page, search for “animating deck shuffles”:
