You said it yourself. A meta of the best Tier 23 trash decks would form and you’d be back to square one within days. Why waste development time on that when the solution already exists? Ie friendly matches between like minded players and, you know, the concede button for when you meet a deck you don’t want to play against. Your mmr will drop to a level where if you do meet netdeckers, they pilot the decks so badly it doesn’t even matter.

Clearly the people who make the home brews you copy couldn’t possibly be better than you since you copy “Their” deck. You guys who netdeck and can’t admit that the person who made the deck you had to copy to play this game aren’t superior to you in said game is delusional at best. Remember, you are copying the deck you think is the best, which, if isn’t yours, then you thought someone else’s was BETTER.

What he’s referring to, and I agree with him, are the people hard stuck in gold and platinum playing crappy decks who turn around and bag on players who chose to play better lists to get better results.
There’s nothing wrong with playing a deck you made or playing a deck you copied from somewhere else. Both are fine.
No one is upset that people make their own decks and climb to legend with them, the issue is bad players using bad decks but using “netdeckier” as an epithet rather than building better lists.
Boom. I have lots of fun off meta jank I play in wild casual. I don’t expect to win much and I don’t care. I wait for the game I want and then I play it. I concede as soon as I see something I don’t want to deal with and my opponents do the same.
if they are only equal to you in piloting skill then they ARE better than you since they can make decks better than you and play as good or better than you … and they most likely do not pilot their decks worse than most people.
Pirate Warrior is horrifying. Should never be above fringe tier 2 for how easy it is to play. I cannot play this game until it is knocked down a peg. It’s like they’re laughing at the old cards they printed. Lightbomb! Oh… Everything is premium stats and doesn’t die to it. Reno! Oh… Still got killed from max health. Unbelievable.

I bet you never make your own decks and my point is the person making the deck is almost always better than the person copying the deck. You can try to fact me out of that statement if you would like.

if you literally are playing a deck other than yours then you are admitting you can’t make a deck better if you are playing it to win. If you take offense to that then you probably agree.
