Shudderblock doesnt trigger the battlecry of colossus three times (at least in the face). It shows the animation but no damager is happening. Lost me 2 games already 
That is the intended behavior. Look at the card.
If a battlecry would deal direct damage then the damage is set to 0 if it hits the opponent if the battlecry was tripled by “Shudderblock”.

how long can this go on?
Do you see that Shudderbock says the repeated battlecry cannot damage the enemy hero?
