15 eruption each does at least two damage to face. Next turn they drop a spell damage and play a card draw🥹
I play this deck and this happens quite rarely. I was even thinking about cutting Shudderblock from the deck.
Most of the time you either don’t have all the cards in the hand or you can’t afford to play Shudderblock because of pressure from the opponent.
To copy the Eruptions and use spell damage minions works much better most of the time.

The homebrewer of the netdeck you found probably put it there for late game, for the extra pressure against a very resilient opponent, e.g. a high armor opponent needing extra damage or a high hp board.
All those asteroid and eruption decks are mostly mid-range and can die if the opponent survives the mid game damage.
It’s subjective what is better because it depends on the opponents of the meta currently.
Shudderblock is very useful in this archetype but in some games you just can’t afford to play him because of the opponent.
I’ve experimented a bit and switched some cards. My own current version works quite well and I haven’t seen it on the usual netdeck sites but my max rank is Diamond so my MMR is not very high.

I know it feels expensive to play early which is why I find it more of a late game card.
All the netdecks that have it have Incindius which is further testament to that.
It’s subjective what is best. Fast versions drop both Incindius and Shudderblock.
But I think the stats show today the Incindius and Shudderblock version better.
