Shouldn’t there have been some buffs in the last patch to actually shake up the meta, instead of just promoting the second-best deck to the top after nerfing the first?

Come on. It’s been over two months without buffs.

Given their decision to release Baku, Genn, and Anomalies into the mix, shouldn’t they have provided some meaningful, long-lasting buffs rather than just creating momentary excitement?

The last patch including buffs was version 29.2.2, released at the end of April.

all the balance chnages have dates we wont get any buffs or nerfs until around 14 days after PIP release
they told us when the last balance patch was announced we wont release a balance patch until then

so dont expect any nerfs or buffs until over a week after PIP release

They phoned it in by enabling anomalies.

Minimum effort.

If they game itself is never balanced, who needs class balance?

add to the buffs some core set changes, some cards make no sense there
