. Ever since the Battlegrounds season start update my shop has been entirely inaccessible. Play on mobile, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice!
Contacted player support and just got the same answer posted online… “Google/Amazon account isn’t logged in.”
This is not the problem I have checked and the game isn’t downloaded from Amazon. Anyone know how to fix? I’ve been trying to pick up the Battlegrounds season pass for a while and I don’t have a PC right now. Thanks

Yeah man. Been having the same issue for a while now. It’s super annoying.

I’ve made several posts about this over the past few weeks. Haven’t seen even an acknowledgement from Blizz. Can’t play arena. Can’t spend gold. Annoying.

I have trying to reinstall HS as well as the BattleNet agent. Nothing works.
