Shop closed on any device/network

I have tried literally everything from what past people suggested, no luck. Ticket people told me to send a bug report so here’s how to reproduce and fix for the dev(imagining it’s a single person looking for hearthstone since A SHOP IN A GAME AT 2025 CAN’T BE OPENED):

  • Move to EU
  • Open your product from any device and network
  • Giggle several times because you already know and hide the issue because it’s too much hustle
  • Fix it couple months later(at least)

Seriously though, any suggestions other than generic ones would be welcome including other game suggestions because I’m about to abandon, I can’t fully experience the game like this

Its a payment localization issue. This isnt something the developers can fix, its between the payment platform and blizfin, and I wouldnt be surprised if this took months to fix.

They are working on this problem.

It’s confusing when they tell you to file a bug report if that’s the case though, yet there should be an official announcement for that kind of thing, which I was literally told by support:

“report this as a bug, so our developers can collect samples to resolve the issue”

Maybe there is an alternative workaround or something. Plus this is an ongoing issue for years from what I saw when I looked for it in the forums.
