Shop closed / "message pop-up display" error on low end comp

these issues did not get fixed with the latest patch

core i3 inspiron 15 5593, windows 10 – i have 2 of these and the problem happens on both

the only “special” thing about these computers are that they had the “student” version of windows put on them, but they have been configured to run the full version of windows

interestingly enough these computers do not seem to share some of the fullscreen/graphical glitches of the mercenaries card manager, but they are not able to get into the shop to get the miniset … given that my kids that play on these computers would like to get the miniset, it would be nice if this bug was fixed instead of having to work around the issue by logging into the account from a different device

thank you very much – i replied with the conclusion in your thread

edit 1: had another graphical freeze, though slightly different, the character screen started to come up, and froze half way through (instead of not at all) – this was after quite a bit of gameplay, so it’s “better” in the sense that it wasn’t immediately after starting up the game
