Hi, after opening a ticket and trying everything the tech support told me to do, I still have the same problems, which all seem related to UI not functionning properly:
- Shop closed permanently
- In the collection, the class tabs are not showing, and the 3 others (coin, hero, card back) and showing but non-functional.
- After I open a deck and closed it to return to the collection, the back button doesn’t work anymore, and I can’t leave the collection. I have to quit the game.
- When opening Mercenaries, a popup tries to open, but instead I get a red message that a popup window failed to open.
I’m sure I’m forgetting stuff, but most of that started happening with the introduction of the Death Knight class (the shop problem first, then the other issues with the subsequent patches).
I’m on Win 7 32bits, fully updated, C++ fully updated, Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Ti with fully up to date drivers. I reinstalled the game 3 times (and deleted all the leftover files between installs), but nothing fixes the problem. I don’t know what else to do.

confirming these issues… all of them exactly as described including 3 uninstall/reinstalls (and several attempts with scan and repair tool)… and it started happening around introduction of death knight class…
adding this : my gold total does not update when i gain gold… only after restarting the game
and lastly : these problems exist on my windows 10 machine… but things are fine on my macbook mac os 10.15.x

im on windows 7 and have exactly the same errors as in the first posting. how long blizzard need to fix this.
Just noticed that, like aequalsb, my gold doesn’t update either, until I restart the game.
You can upgrade from win7 to 10 for free.
Not an option due to other old software I must use for work.

did you really do everything including installing 84x? It may be that you have outdated drivers, I recommend DriverDoc or Advanced SystemCare to check, the first one is quite cumbersome in the free version, however, it shows literally everything you need, the second one probably too, I just checked it as I had everything up to date, it found one anyway which other programs did not detect.
after last patch nothing got fixed by blizzard. i have still all the same problems on win 7 32bit. C++ 2015-2022 is installed, maybe it helped some people but the real problem is that blizzard did broke the game. and now they dont fix it with a hearthstone update.
did you do everything in this post? including repairing and updating all components in the computer? Also, do you have c++ x84 installed as well? Sometimes the antivirus blocks the functions of the game, GM wrote that you can also change the battle.net password, supposedly it could help, I recommend using the Advanced SystemCare programs to repair the computer and to detect all the needed DriverDoc drivers, I recommend installing the drivers from DriverDoc or another good program that allows you and later, if you missed something, do it with Advanced SystemCare.
and by the way you can upgrade to win10 for free, i did it a month ago and everything works much better.
