Shaladrassil corrupted incorrectly

My Shaladrassil (generated from Daydreaming Pixie) corrupted even though I did not play a card with higher mana cost. There are two possible causes I can think of:

  1. My opponent played a Tsunami (8 mana). The Tsunami was generated from an effect (Pocket Dimension), like your Wakener of Souls, so maybe that has something to do with it?
  2. Perhaps there was a buggy interaction with Customs Enforcer. My opponent summoned one, which got copied with my Cosplay Contestant. The Shaladrassil was 9 mana for a time, but dropped back to 7 after the Enforcers died. But maybe the “cost reduction” for Shaladrassil got counted twice (so the game counted it as 5 mana for sake of that effect).

I think (1) is more likely based on other reports that I’ve seen.

Same happened to me but with food fight, it summoned a briarspawn drake for me and somehow one turn when i attacked with it i guess the shaladrassil was triggered. I dont know if this was the exact interaction but is the 2nd time i got shaladrassil activated without playing a higher cost card from hand using this food fight warrior deck.

Not sure about the 7 cost Shaladrassil that you put into your deck but after I got my 5 cost from Horn of Plenty, it got corrupted by me playing a 5 cost card (unless it was by my opponent just spending 6 mana on a 4 cost minion + hero power). There’s definitely something wrong with the way it gets corrupted.
