Just got disconnected mid bgs match with a failure to reconnect on Blizzard’s end. My internet is more than enough to handle it. Fix your servers blizzard. It’s EVERY Activision Blizzard game when a new patch/expansion drops. Stop skimping out on server space and adjust for a high capacity player base on your end.

As cliche as this post is, (we’ve seen it a million times..)
It’s right. And Blizzard genuinely don’t care anymore about customer complaints and experience.
As long as they make enough money, they’ll just continue to serve minimum viable product.

same problem to me , playing chill for 15 minutes and then stuck .. dissapointed ..

Same thing on two BG matches out of three. Get to the end of the turn and it never progresses and you can’t reconnect. Presume everyone gets booted as no rating lost.

Tried another game. Bombed at turn 6.

Well, they fixed one issue (freeze) and introduced another. Now the game gets stuck at the end of a turn mid game and you are not able to reconnect either. Couldn’t play a couple weeks because of the freezing issue and now it goes on with the next issue. Thank god I bought the tavern pass. I guess I just give up on HS and waste my money else where.

Same here. 2 of 3 games have gotten stuck at end of turn. Definitely feels like it isn’t worth playing patch day.

Same… First BGs game after new patch, got a couple of rounds then never ending rope and then failure to reconnect when restarting the client. So f*** annoying, happens every single patch. Get it together, Blizzard
Update: The exact same happened in my second game, only a few rounds later

Also on duos the anomalies aren’t even there and I’ve updated the game
two out of 3 games it freezes on rope at 0%
They acknowledged this issue.
