Second Insight doesn't become corrupted after Palm Reading

I’ve been playing a bit of Maly Priest, and I’ve noticed that some times when I have two Insights in hand, only one of them becomes corrupted eventhough I’ve just played a card that costs more than both of the Insights. Is this working as intended? Am I missing something? Or is it a bug?

Trying again. Here’s an image of what Im talking about:

Look how only one of the Insight became corrupted in the second image. I feel like both should be corrupted if it would be working correctly.

This has happened atleast in like 7-8 games in the last couple of days
