There is no logical reason in this world Seabreeze chalice should be allowed to cost zero mana. None whatsoever. 1 is fine. But 0? That’s insane.

Everyone assumed it would’ve been nerfed but they completely ignored it. 45+ damage from hand, ignoring whatever board they have, and lethaling an opponent SHOULD not be possible
