Scourge Rager when played from hand does not trigger the Jungle Giants quest progress twice. 2 5/1’s should be summoned in the sequence, triggering twice.
How many times do I have to post before it is at least acknowledged even if intended? Are there any other channels to report bugs besides this forum?

it’s not a bug. Rager dies during Battlecry, not after.
This is correct. Battlecries happen before the After Summon phase, and Jungle Giants only procs on the After Summon phase. It’s not an intuitive interaction, but it is what it is.
Sure except you’re wrong, Celestalon confirmed on twitter they are aware of this interaction and it will be fixed in the next full patch.
I am not wrong. They may have decided to change this specific interaction, but it’s currently working correctly based on the advanced rules.
