I believe they are actual players running bots. I faced one last month and they showed up on the Opponent list.

I am curious to understand why they reversed course.
I wonder if they are not preparing to deploy some sort of script to detect robotic play patterns like timing and click order.
That’d be sweet. Bots are actually really easy to detect, since they don’t hover over cards and never click the same card twice. Just basing a script off that would probably be easy to bypass idk.

They’ve never said that there are Blizzard bots in wild, at least not anywhere that I’ve seen. I’m pretty sure they were only ever Blizzard bots in Standard and (now) battlegrounds
Every single one of them is a bot. You are guaranteed for it to be a bot if it has a name with Chinese characters. The bots all play the same way. The deck has the exact same cards in it. It will continue to play, even if the wins conditions are removed. For example, taking the Marrogar with Theotar. It ends that final turn, playing whatever it can and then concedeing, as long as it is
still above a certain health threshold.

I’ve said it before. I am fine waiting that long, or longer, if that is what it takes to NOT be matched with bots.
Wow, now it will be much easier to encounter aggro unofficial bots instead, yay! At least it’s less infested than Wild. I swear 95% of Wild must be bots.

No, I didn’t. Because the bots are far more prominent in Wild. Nothing but aggro Shamans, Rogues, and occasionally Death Knights.
