Saviors of Uldum final reward bugged

I have defeated the final boss in chapter 5 multiple times. At the beginning, it shows 5/5 completed. I have received the other rewards, but the 3 packs of cards have not been rewarded to me. I submitted a ticket to customer support, and they say they cannot trigger the reward and for me to submit a bug report.

Have you only completed in the last week or months ago?

If you have 5/5 completed then you did get the rewards. This appears to just be a recent visual glitch showing the reward be available.

Edit: Below are two screenshots.
The first shows an unlocked but uncompleted chapter 5.
The second shows a completed chapter 5, thus making a 5/5 completed adventure.

Also the last page (to the right) of the adventure should just show the adventurers and not any rewards for a 5/5 complete run.

I received the golden pack and everything shows as completed except for the chest for chapter 5

This bug still hasnt been fixed, guys. I just completed all 5 chapters, even with different heroes and it still wont give me the reward.
