I’ve contacted support and they said that this bug hasn’t been reported so far. No matter what I do, I cannot receive the reward for the Saviors of Uldum adventure’s fifth wing, and haven’t since its release.
I’ve beaten all wings multiple times, but no matter what I do, the game will not reward me for the fifth chapter, the Inner Sanctum.
Every time I destroy Tekahn, the game returns me to the screen of the fifth chapter with the locked chest saying that I still need to defeat Tekahn. I have never received the rewards for the fifth chapter.
Everything else is normal–I’ve received the rewards for completing the adventure (card back, etc) but the rewards for the fifth chapter were not received. The symbol for the fifth wing is golden, the chapter picture shows Tekahn as having been defeated, but I cannot claim the reward for doing so.
This has been a bug since the release of the adventure, as I remember the issue but didn’t care enough to write a bug report or contact support. Support could not help me, and told me to file a report instead.
