When I got my new Sargeras card back in the rewards line, at first I couldn’t add it to the favourites and after I entered the game again, the card back was not in my collection anymore and I can’t get it back, no matter how many times I tried to rerun the game.

I’m having the same issue.
Currently on lvl 20 on reward track and i still don’t have the card back for lvl 15.

Same bug here. I earned the card back in the reward track but it is greyed out in my collection.

Yep, I got it from the track but it’s not in my collection. Just came here to see if anyone else had the same problem,and here we are

Guess not only the card text not being there is bugged.
Hope they fix all bugs related to it with the next hotfix patch.

I think they messed up , SARGERAS card back looks too good to be in Free Rewards Track, maybe it was supposed to be in paid one , own up blizzard GIVE US THE CARD BACK IF YOU GOT THE BALLS!!!
