Hello, same bug for me.
I’ve unlocked the card back via the reward track (i have the Tavern pass).
But the card back remain unowned in my collection and when i right click it there is no description, and no title.

Same problem. I’m feeling so stupid right now. I had been using the card back on one of the decks since I received it. It was working fine. I was creating another deck right now and wanted to use this card back and couldn’t find it in my collection. Upon searching it showed up as grayed out, like I don’t own it. Confused, I went back to the first deck, and I clicked on the activated card back of that deck, and now it’s gone forevvver… 
It’s fixed now. Check.
