im contacting you regarding hearthstone. the game is full of bugs and i have been encountering the same bugs for over a year now, wich isnt surprising since you seem to be making contacting you about problems almost impossible. when i get disconnected from the game (wich is surprisingly often) it will say its reconnecting me, then refresh just to reload a box that tells me its reconnecting wich it never does reconnect me so i need to close the game and reopen it for me to have missed a turn all because your game wont reconnect me properly. its honestly a joke the amount of times i miss turns because of this same bug thats been there over a year. when i went into a game i rerolled a hero and selected it, it then disconnected me and gave me another hero so it wasted my reroll, id like to get that reroll back please as it was the games fault it was wasted. i really hope youll pay more attention to the bugs you have in hearthstone as its really making me not want to play it as its very unreliable and takes away the fun. i have over 2.5k hours in this game, i really dont want to have to stop playing it due to so many unresolved issues thats been there for over a year. thank you for your time.
