Round infinetly stuck

Round got stuck with a card hovering over opponent. Opponent was able to emote and could see him hovering his atttacks or checking his own cards with that one card stuck in the air.

Endless turn, Card Stuck Hovering, and Never Roping

This is in response to an issue that players see where it appears that the opposing player is holding up the game in some manner. Often it will appear that they are holding a card above the battlefield, purposely preventing the timer from starting. This is a disconnect issue. Aspects of games can connect on different levels, some features can still work while being disconnected from the game servers.
