Its like half an Edwin with stealth where you dont have to spend the cost to play it on the same turn.
Itâs basically two Biteweeds that can be precast:
Stealth helps, but Biteweed never really saw much play since being only half the size of Edwin makes a huge difference.
On the other hand, with two copies of the location, you ultimately can get four Ghosts, so maybe that changes things a bit.
This card scares the bejesus out of me.
I never played during Ungoro, but Im assuming it is much easier now to play multiple cards in the same turn now than it was when Biteweed was in standard, I feel like this is just a solid card to put in your deck, even if the ghost only becomes like a 5/5 or something
Look how big you can get (old) Edwin.
It wonât be a surprise to make this thing huge.
Finaly a rogue flavour card that fits our identity like it alot.
One important question is are the ghosts âbuffedâ with the extra stats meaning it could be silenced away, or are they like jade golems or the minions spawned by arcane overflow or dark alley patct where itâs a separate unit with the corresponding stats (and mana cost)
I could see arguments for both.
edit: reddit/twitter says itâs the latter
This card has my seal of approval for rogue. Finally a use for that 3/4 beast deathrattle card in rogue
Blizzard dev confirmed that the buff is permanent, so stats dont disappear with silence.
This is definitely going to see play. Itâs like having 2 mini Edwins that you donât have to play this turn and they are 0 mana the turn you want to use them.
So itâs a 0 mana 1/1 that gains +1/+1âŚthis means a solid turn 4 where you cycle cards can net you a massive minion like a 7/7 along with whatever else you playâŚ
This is going to see tons of play in Miracle Rogue decks.
The brotherhood shal prevail.
Yes all you warlock players beware mini edwin is coming although i can just picture them using that spell that destroys and heals D.
What card would that be could you give the name.
Itâs much bettter than Biteweed. You can drop it whenever you have tempo to spare and save the charges for when you have the big combo turn or if you need an extra tempo bump on a normal turn. Itâs a 2/2 with just 1 card played so not great but also not terrible tempo for not much investment and it just gets better from there if you have the huge combo turn. You can even stack 2 of them on the field and use 1 charge each on the huge combo turn.
I donât know if I can call myself a warlock player anymore. Iâve hardly touched it this expansion. Iâve been sticking a lot more to mage and demon hunter. Iâm almost at 500 wins with DH, giving me a little more motivation to continue playing it.
Iâll probably return to my roots next expansion. I canât wait for some warlock reveals!
Correction: 562 DH wins. Working on 1,000.
bitterweed costs 2 mana
the location doesnt cost mana to activate its effect only to set it on the board as far as i know

You sure itâs free to activate? Thought you had to pay the same cost again to activate as you paid to play it?
Yes 1000000000% sure its free to activate.
