Other quest is even worse
I watched Rarran play the quest rogue versus starship DK and he was having a lot of fun, but then really worried about how to close out the game.
Turned out he wasn’t playing quest rogue he was just playing a secret kil’Jaeden deck! After stealing or discovering one, he slammed it and by drawing two cards a turn convincingly won with it.
Does quest rogue play in into kil’Jaeden and abandon the turtles? Shredder has come home?
Kil’jaeden is definitely great for the deck but the current meta might be too fast for it.
Just had a rogue using this deck concede in wild on turn 6 with my mage deck. Used counterspell on turn 5 after seeing them playing interrogation, they used a coin, which was countered, they played the 5 cost draw spell that’s discounted for your weapon’s attack my next turn I drop objection, they play prep then opu…and concede after it just poofs
Opu really isn’t a good card at that cost, you’re better off just putting fan of knives in the deck
Yeah. More like Oh Poo.
Unpopular opinion here, but the rogue quest isn’t as hard to complete, nor is the HP as bad as people make it out to be, especially with cards like shadowstep and moonstone mauler
It’s not hard to complete. It’s hard to compete. The quest just doesn’t offer the power needed to go up against the likes of paladin, druid, and the aggro decks that are feeding on them.
Espionage is actually a better payoff card than either one of those lol. Im not saying its good, but better than those.
It does what turtles want to do but better (constantly make a wide board and “threat check” the opponent). The average espionage is better than turtles and it has way more potential upside. Plus it synergizes better with dusk by giving you cheap cards to spam every turn to help with handspace issues
