This is “Risky Skipper” card image(March 8th, 2020). Risky Skipper became “pirate” when Galakrond’s Awakening Chapter 3 release, but This card is still NOT “PIRATE” at hearthstone card library.
Hearthstone card library API also shows that this card is not pirate. Please update card library A.S.A.P.
