Hi,
I just bought the “Gold Special Bundle” in hearthstone assuming it would give me legendaries and epics from the latest expanssion since it states that you will get “2 random year of the Pegasus legendary cards” and “4 random year of the Pegasus epic cards”. I bought the Bronze special bundle first to ensure the packs included the new cards which it did. However, instead of getting legendaries and epics from the dark beyond in the golden bundle i got duplicate legendaries and epics from the previous expansions. Since I have all cards from previous expansions, this was a real waste of money. It even states in the information text that the cards can be from the latest expansions and legendaries and epics are supposed to be duplicate protected, hence I feel totally ripped off!

Standard packs give new cards after expansion launch. Do not open then before that.

You did, in fact, get random cards from any standard set.
It did exactly what it said it would do.

The golden bundle does not include standard packs. It include “Pegasus packs” and it is clearly stated that they included cards from the dark beyond, which they do. But as part of the gold bundle (which you unlock after you reach the gold rank) you also get 2 legendaries and 4 epics from the year of the Pegasus. Those additional cards are the issue here since they should be from the dark beyond since I have all legendaries and epic from the other two expansions in the year of the Pegasus, however I instead got duplicates from the previous expansion.
