Happened in arena, I had righteous cause up (at 2/5 I believe) and triggered (second activation) the Runi location that casts three paladin secrets, but only two secrets were cast.
You can only have 5 items in the hero zone, this is included Secrets, Quests, Side quests, Sigils, anything that surrounds the hero portrait. Is it possible that there was not room for all 3 secrets?
