I opened i signature version of deios, when i claimed the regular version from the reward track, it didnt let me reroll

Regular Deios is uncraftable
You are only offered rerolls for regular craftable cards when you obtain an uncraftable premium version of it

The signature version is craftable, so its the signature version that should get a re-roll.
TBH, IDK why the signature version is available in packs anyway, since the regular and golden versions are not.

You can only reroll regular craftable cards, and only after obtaining a premium non craftable version of it
New Feature: Improved Duplicate Card Handling
We often include specific non-disenchantable cards as part of Reward Tracks, Events, Achievements, and Shop purchases. Starting with 25.0, if you claim one of these, but already own a lower quality copy that’s disenchantable, you’ll get a popup that offers to re-roll the lower quality copy to a different card of the same rarity from that card set.

That rule came into effect when signature cards first appeared, but at the time, they were not dustable anyway. The game has moved on since then.

[Resolved] [Hearthstone] The Li’Na, Shop Manager Signature card is being granted to some players before they are able to collect Li’Na on the Rewards Track. Players who improperly received Li’Na from their pre-purchase bundle random Signature have been granted a different random Signature.

Same happened to me as well with Deios. Hoping this shared experience gets resolved and we have an opportunity to reroll or be compensated

**Here’s how we’re making it right:**
As of this post, we’ve restored the Signature Mister Clocksworth card to everyone affected.
You’ll keep the random Signature card you already received.
We’re also sending you 5 Golden Across the Timeways packs.
Sounds really cool. How about the same for Deios???
