After complete the Tombs of Terror Chapter 1, I don’t have received my three reward cards packages. The manipulation of customer service not solved the problem ! There are always not cards packages in my account. Can you fix that ? Help me, please !!

For Tombs of Terror adventure you get 3 packs for reaching the 5th boss. So the first time you get defeated on the 5th or latter boss you get the packs. Or if you complete all 8 bosses on the first run you get the 3 packs. But just once.
In this chapter did you get defeated or did you do it in one run?
I been defeated by the final boss (“wound-holder”). And I don’t remember having done this chapter before. But, it is that possible I completed the first five boss by the past (because I paused many times my “Hearthstone practice”) and that I forgot this. Pity that game masters team can not check this easily.

It is easy for you to check. When you go to a Chapter, if there is a chest in the center then there is still a reward for that Chapter as you have not reached the fifth boss.
If there is no chest in the center then you have reached the fifth boss and have the reward.
No chest.
