It does look like you had an extended break from the game, but I’m afraid you don’t quite qualify for a free deck as a returning player. ^^ You would have had to be inactive for at least 4 months, and only started playing after March 17 - it does look like you started playing again at the beginning of last month. As much as I’d love to help out in this situation, I’m afraid we simply don’t have the tools to even provide something like this, so the free deck promotion isn’t one that we can offer. Hi, this is a conversation I had with one of your support specialists. They requested I bring my concern to the forum since there was nothing they could do on their end to resolve my issue. I understand the date for the free deck but I had a years long break from the game and only came back to try battlegrounds. Honestly I feel a bit cheated since if i knew about the promotion I just would have waited a bit longer to start playing again. I remember reading on twitter that you would take players like me into consideration. Give me a response when you can, thanks.
