Return To Wild Bundle - Dust on Wrong Region

Question; I bought the bundle on EU but got dust on NA; is there any explanation for this? (the dust would be more useful where I bought the bundle as my NA account is inactive)

Janek, we had a look and it looks like the bundle was redeemed on NA, thus the Dust was also assigned there.

I can submit a ticket but it wouldn’t take much of a look at my account to see that the signature Dinotamer Brann isn’t on my NA account (nor is there much of anything on that account); all the cards from that bundle are on my EU account.

My battle.net account is NA but I’ve always played Hearthstone on the EU server.

Edit (Jul 3): Just wanted to update; I got a popup for the dust on EU but when I opened collection manager; it wasn’t actually added to the account (my dust meter is still at 160 which it was at before).
