Resonance coil is supposed to drop a random protoss spell, but it is dropping the same spell, hallucination, every time.

You have evidence to show this happens at least 100 times?

We’re not currently aware of any specific bugs with that, and with a limited pool of Protoss spells, getting the same spell is not that unusual. 
Would you be able to give us some more details? How many times did it happen that you only got Hallucination after using Resonance Coil?
