Self-explanatory, I’ll add that it happened at 10pm in MA on my OnePlus Android Tablet running OxygenOS 14.0. Saw a post this happened to someone else in May 
I had it happen to me once as well, but it was just a visual bug. When I logged out and back in, only the one quest was re-rolled
