What were you guys thinking when randomizing anomaly and player end up having to keep re rolling till they get the anomaly they want to start the game?
Cant you all just design it simple and let every anomaly appears once per new game etc…Just cant understand the design logic behind…and you frustrate the player with too much reroll required just to be able to enjoy the game.
These developers are not good at such design concepts. They design the game with so much time required to be wasted for a good reroll of a good game, there are other games out there that would be focus on fun rather than FUN at REROLL.
Sounds like you’re the one losing focus here. The random anomalies are meant to encourage a variety of play styles. You look at the one it offers and consider which class, power, and deck would work well with it. And if you don’t want to play a deck like that, turn the anomaly off and play a run normally.
The whole point of the dungeon-style adventure is to give you a unique run each time. Rerolling anomalies for 20 minutes isn’t fun because you’re not supposed to play the game like that in the first place.
Its obvious u must have not reach Act 5 here and so you do not understand the need to reroll good anomaly or passive. the act 5 last boss requires you to have the right anomaly and passive to win, there is no element of strategy required.\
Wait till you are there and you are clearing at heroic then you probably will understand better.
That’s very presumptuous. And very wrong. I have cleared all 5 wings in heroic. It can be done without any anomaly at all. And when anomaly mode is enabled, there is no “right” one. Each one has decks that synergize with it. Even with a bad passive, I wouldn’t condemn any run to failure until at least after the treasure, tavern, and second passive, and even then I usually just play them out. I’ve had runs with terrible starts surprise me when I continued to play them. And if nothing else, there’s always more to learn from trying and failing than from simply giving up.
If you’re still losing after you’ve stacked the anomaly and passive in your favor, maybe your strategy is flawed? In which case, it sounds like you could benefit from more experimentation.
