Hey guys! So I currently have a Miracle Rogue deck and I’m planning on crafting/searching for Jandice soon (one of the few cards I need for it). However, I’m also missing Secret Passage. If I can’t get it from packs, is there a budget card I can replace it with? Thanks!
This card is very unique and doesn’t really have another card that would be comparable to it. The best card that I can think of on the top of my head is by putting in “Dirty Tricks” if you don’t already have it in your deck.
While it does not function the same, it will allow you to draw two cards when your opponent plays a spell. And the good thing is you get to keep them, without them being shuffled back into your deck at the end of the round.

Oh okay, thanks! I’ll just open Scholomance packs and see if I get something from those and use Dirty Tricks if I need it.
Using shadow step in your deck will also be helpful. While there are many cards that don’t have an alternative card replacement, there are other strategic move you can implement to generate more copies of cards in the game that can kind of produce a similar effect.

IMO secret passage is more important to own as a rogue card then jandice. Dirty tricks doesn’t really replace it at all.

If I had to replace it, I would take 2 copies of the recently added shroud of concealment and I would consider replacing 2x Cult Neophyte with 2x Preparation.
No good replacements.
I am really lukewarm to your crafting ideas because they rotate next year and we’re less than two months away from the next expansion; and we don’t know how Rogue decks will look like.
So don’t craft unless you have a substantial amount of dust.
