Secrets that are supposed to trigger when minions die, and presumably other related triggers, do not trigger when someone plays Reno.
Reno does not kill minions, he “removes” them. This does not trigger deathrattles. The minions just vanish.
The Titan Sargeras has a similar effect.
So it’s not a bug.

Reno does not say “destroy” the enemy minions.
This is intentional.

Yep. Make sure to pay attention to the wording. Anything other than ‘destroy’ usually means it won’t trigger anything. Like ‘remove’ or ‘empty.’

From what I know, eat is not used to target on-board minions, only cards in hand or deck
