Reno can't wait for him leave in 2025

I just wish that Blizzard would remove him before April of next year.

They should remove him on Christmas or New year’s Day as a gift for the holidays.

Write a story about how he had one to many before midnight and had to be carted off in the drunk tank.

Wouldn’t be surprised to find the card in question in the next Core set instead.

Hmm, speaking of April: they might as well ‘remove’ him… in those patch notes that tend to come out on April 1st, then — well, see above.

Oh, about that: isn’t that swaggering bozo essentially the epitome of the typical HS players, target audience even, judging, for example, by these forums? Check it out for yourself: narcissistic, infantile, pathologically hyperactive, dim-witted, yet very vocal about his particular ‘OPINION’ (as if someone cared…), to the point of throwing a tantrum if anyone doesn’t adore it and bow down in awe when he SPAKE; always eager to jump on a table in any saloon in his dung-ridden boots and start moving those hips like… like it were actually classy, all the while somehow considering, in his delusion, himself the ‘good guy’ and the ‘hero’.

Or perhaps it was all supposed to be just a generic, run-of-the-mill Yankee type, I dunno. :grinning:

Anyway, in this light, I wouldn’t expect them to hit the supposed player avatar of sorts, at least when it comes to personality, story and such, like that. If anything, it’d probably be more Reno — ‘cranked up t-t-to eleven’.

You can wait and you will wait.

That’s a loaded statement, because it’s not a gift to a lot of people. I don’t like the card either (too much abuse by Warriors when I was starting with board-based decks); but it’s pretty obvious people love playing it; Zacharias of VS can’t stop laughing at their podcats “people love their Reno even if the stats are bad”.

The original Reno was worse, a plague.

They try that… and 70% of the player base will be gone… I am sure… This card was one of the biggest mistake Blizzard ever made… not to mention Titans and Boomboss… absolutely anti fun cards all of them.

Having a 40 card mode would have been okay but mixing 30 and 40 card decks basically forced everyone to play 40 card decks or lose. Can a 30 beat a 40? Of course. But most of the time if they don’t do it fast enough, they’re just going to eventually lose

With all of the card generation already in the game, it made for ridiculously long matches which wasn’t what hearthstone was originally supposed to be about. My God, druid has a card that generates 10 more cards which can be bounced a couple more times. Who thinks of crap like this?

Actually, I think people play it more out of necessity or that reno version of decks are often just better than the alternative.

Warrior in particular also has brann as an incentive to play HL. That and the other warriors decks are… harder? More fickle to play? Easier to counter?

Shaman and druid can go either way since they have non-HL decks that are capable.

You rarely see HL pally because their class HL legendary is weaker than the other stuff pallies can do.

Priest decks are priest decks whether they’re HL or not so it’s a toss up for them :joy:

I think those who hate Reno dont exceed 10% of the player base, half are noobs who just hate “p2w” decks and the other are people who never managed to adapt, if you see so much hate its because these kind of people tend to accumulate in the forums…

I think you like the card and want to feel like your opinion isn’t the minority so you made up a random number to seem like you have a point.

The biggest issue with Reno is they buffed it so you can’t counter it. Revert the buff and I think we’re fine - if I can stuff things in your deck to kill your Reno, I can still play midrange.

Right now the only win con is “kill lt faster” and that’s not really an answer that’s good for the overall meta.

Keep in mind that this and the titans rotating is going to make Zilliax a massive issue just like in the brawl lol.

Well, zilliax does like being in the same deck as yogg and reno, so losing the latter two will hurt it.

The 9 mana versions of zilliax that is.

The aggro versions of zilliax will still be usable, but those decks depend more their aggro package where they may just as often win without needing zilliax’s +1/+1

Everyone is just cubing it now. Especially the ramp classes.

Watch when Blizzard adds in the even more annoying type of Reno.
